Introducing Helium for Developers
The People’s Network enables developers to connect devices and collect data in ways never before possible by delivering secure, ubiquitous, and affordable wireless coverage.
We’re excited to see the kind of use cases that can be solved using the People’s Network so we’re launching the Helium for Developers platform with an upcoming beta release of the LongFi SDK. The LongFi SDK provides a simple way to create embedded IoT device applications on the network.
Helium is looking for developers, hobbyists, enthusiasts, makers, etc. to help test the LongFi SDK. The feedback you provide will directly help us identify, fix issues, and improve our platform.
When is the LongFi SDK going to be released?
An initial beta release is planned for mid to late October and general public release later this year.
How do I join the Helium for Developers platform and get access to the LongFi SDK?
For early access, join Helium for Developers here and include your name, email address, areas of interest, and company (if applicable). For those already in talks with the Helium team, no need to fill out the form.
How can I provide feedback?
Feel free to reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org. We’re always looking to make Helium more developer-friendly and appreciate any feedback from our community.
